Sponsorship and Adoption Programs
Our Adopt a Garden or Animal program is a symbolic sponsorship. Sponsors do not acquire ownership of, or legal responsibility for, any animal, garden, or property of Bright Raven Farms. Sponsorship funds support the general care and operations of the farm unless otherwise specified.
Sponsorship benefits (such as updates, photos, and seasonal mailings) are offered in good faith and may vary by season and capacity. Bright Raven Farms reserves the right to modify program details, reassign sponsorships, or adjust tiers as the needs of the farm evolve.

Content published on this website, including blog posts, guides, and program descriptions, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Donor Policy

Gift Acceptance
Gifts, donations and bequests may be given directly to Bright Raven Farms, or the principal of a gift, donation or bequest may be given to some other person, corporation or trustee with instructions that the principal or income there from shall either be paid to Bright Raven Farms or disbursed in accordance with the instructions of the board of directors of Bright Raven Farms; provided, however, that the uses and purposes of all such gifts, donations and bequests either of income or principal, shall be in accord with the purposes of Bright Raven Farms.
All restricted gifts, donations and bequests shall be subject to acceptance by the board of directors of Bright Raven Farms.
Gift Use
Unless gifts, donations or bequests are given subject to a stated special purpose, they shall be unrestricted funds of Bright Raven Farms. In the discretion of the board of directors, unrestricted funds may be used for any purposes or expenses of Bright Raven Farms, or may be invested and the income there from used for any purposes or expenses of Bright Raven Farms, and invested funds may be withdrawn from investment and used for any purposes or expenses of Bright Raven Farms.
Donor Information
Bright Raven Farms will not sell, share or trade its donors’ information, other than to acknowledge them by name in Bright Raven Farms publications. Donors can choose to remain anonymous. You can read our full Privacy Policy on this page.

Farm Visits and On-Site Activities
Bright Raven Farms is a working farm. By visiting or participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all posted guidelines and verbal instructions from farm staff. Bright Raven Farms is not responsible for injury, illness, allergic reaction, or property damage that occurs during your visit, except where required by law.
Participants may be asked to sign a liability waiver before engaging in certain programs or activities.
Herbal and Wellness Content
Our educational content about herbs, plants, and natural wellness traditions is rooted in historical and folk knowledge and is shared for learning purposes.
